Solutions:
You may be logged in on another machine. Close all connections on all machines and wait 20 minutes to check again.

This normally only happens with accounts that have UNIX shells.
If you are not logged in on another machine or poplocked, then someone may be using/downloading from your account, or something is wrong with your account.

NOT_CONNECTED |
Not connected to server. |
Solutions:
Can you get webpages? If so you may have the wrong mailserver typed in your account or the server may be down.
If you cannot get webpages, hangup and try connecting again.
Reboot your computer and try again.
If it's still not working? If so, treat as a normal "Not Moving Data" issue. (Check your DNS numbers, rip and reinstall TCP/IP, etc..)

INCOMPLETE |
Message download incomplete. |
Solutions:
This is a possible corruption of the pop3uidl file. Close your internet connection and all programs. Search for the file pop3uidl and delete it. Reconnect and it should work.
Repeat step 1 with a reboot before you check your mail again.
You may have a corrupt or a very large file attachment on the mailserver. Large file attachments, mail that are missing headers, or mail that do not conform to the mail RFC's can cause this.

Why there is a big delay in receiving mail ?
At NETAccess Dot Com, we implement greylisting as a method to reduce spam. There could be a delay because of the following two reasons;
1. The remote servers retry time is high. Meaning that the server does not retry a message for a considerable amount of time.
2. The remote server is retrying from a different IP each time so the match is not being recognised and the message sits in limbo and gets retried until the same IP and email addresses can be matched.
What is Greylist ?
Greylisting reduces spam by denying email from unknown IP addresses with a temporary error. Subsequent send attempts will then be accepted according to greylisting rules.
What is Data Transfer ?
Data transfer, or bandwidth, refers to the amount of electronic data sent downloaded from our server to the visitor's computer. Such data includes a visitor's request for a page, the page sent in response to the request, any updates you publish to your site. This data may include web pages, images, videos, sound files, software programs, or compressed files - anything on your site that can be viewed or downloaded. The amount of data transferred is also affected by the size of the Web pages and the number of visitors to the site.
Data transfer also includes the sending and receiving of emails, either via webmail or third party email software
